Shipping policy

All orders are created and fulfilled within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information and a shipping time of 5 to 7 business days. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual.

Our fixed Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the average shipping cost for each product category.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $3.99 flat rate shipping per item to the United States on all T-shirts, tank tops, 3/4 sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, polo shirts, crop tops.

We offer $7.99 flat rate shipping per item to the United States on all Hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, sweatpants, joggers, pants.

During our grand opening we will offer free shipping on all products and after that we will offer free shipping on all orders over $49.99.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):

  • Brunei
  • Chad
  • Laos
  • Libya
  • Mongolia
  • Samoa
  • South Sudan
  • Timor-Leste
  • Turkmenistan
  • Yemen

The list of countries where our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change. You can always review the up-to-date list on the USPS homepage. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ageless Fit Freak is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@agelessfitfreak.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.                         

We will accept your return and replace it at no cost to you, if your received item(s) are:

  • damaged or defective
  • the design or color is different than what was ordered.
  • the size is different than what was ordered.

If your item(s) do not meet the above requirements, they will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Click here for our full return policy page

 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@agelessfitfreak.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
